While you have already paid for your meeting and any amenities or add-ons, the hotel may require guests to put a card on file for any incidentals not covered in your initial payment.
In the event that a credit card is not left on file at the front desk and there are incidentals (like minibar purchases, room service, etc.), the hotel will reach out to us with an itemized bill and we'll contact you to get that taken care of.
